TOWN OF CLIFTON – BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Clifton Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 5:15 PM at the Clifton Municipal Building, 135 Airline Road, Clifton, ME on an administrative appeal filed by Stephen and Nancy Dumond. The appeal concerns the Code Enforcement Officer’s September 3, 2026 determination and Permit No. 05-2025B for the quarry access road at 167 Airline Road (Map 7, Lot 6-1) and includes a request for a good-cause waiver of the appeal deadline under Land Use Ordinance § 17.6.1. All interested persons may attend and be heard. The appeal is available for review at the Town Office during regular hours.
