Version 7 is what will be actually sent to the state for approval and for Clifton citizens to vote on. Please understand that during the approval process with the state there could be changes to Version 7. The intent will be to handle minor and moderate changes in the same way as for version 6. The committee believes that our collaboration with EMDC will prevent needing a version 8.
